\t\t\t\t\u201cThis year\u2019s winter Taekwon-do camp was just as wonderful as in previous years\u201d \u2013 that is what Emilia says, and she knows what she is talking about. After all, she is a regular attendee at our camps. Read what she wrote about our winter camp in Zawoja.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The coaches took care of our all-round development through a wide range of activities. Taekwon-do training sessions were held every day \u2013 twice a day for the training group and once a day for the skiing and snowboarding groups. The training sessions were conducted in groups, which made it easier for us to improve our skills. In addition, in the evenings Coach Miko\u0142aj led training sessions for the \u201cteam\u201d, during which camp participants with higher ranks and our group leaders could practise more advanced techniques.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
