Almost 100 people went to the Summer Taekwon-do Camp to train hard, learn Korean, splash around in the lake and have fun with other club members! The weather was not particularly kind this year, but we still managed to spend our time productively and take a break from everyday life.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Every morning, we started the day with formal pattern training. They conducted jiu-jitsu training sessions with the camp participants, and Coach Marcin additionally led yoga sessions. The athletes were happy that something new had been introduced, and most of them looked forward to the next sessions! films for a moment of relaxation. The festival of colours can probably already be called a tradition, and it delighted the campers and the staff at this camp as well. Everyone threw coloured powders, danced to music and fooled around.
