If one of your goals for the coming months is to improve your physical fitness, take care of your health and develop new skills, we have a proposal for you. We are starting <strong>recruitment for a new taekwon-do group for adults 40+<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is it worth trying taekwon-do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taekwon-do is a martial art that develops the body and mind. Regular training helps you to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Improve physical fitness,<\/li><li>Strengthen muscles and joints,<\/li><li>Develop motor coordination,<\/li><li>Build self-confidence,<\/li><li>Learn effective self-defence.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regardless of your level of physical fitness or previous experience, everyone will find their place here. Our classes are adapted to the needs of people over 40 and conducted in a safe atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Class times and location<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Training will take place twice a week, allowing for regular activity without excessive strain on the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Class times:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tuesdays, 19:30\u201320:30<\/li><li>Thursdays, 19:30\u201320:30<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Location:<\/strong> Dojang &#8211; Os.
