Sport sparring seminar with Kamil Samal, 2nd dan.

On the weekend of 14–15 September, a sport sparring seminar was held in Kraków at Primary School No. 149, ul. Bujaka 15, our regular training venue. It was led by Kamil Samal, 2nd dan, currently the coach of the best ITF taekwon-do club in the Czech Republic – Škola Taekwon-Do ITF Karviná.

The seminar was organised by the Polish Taekwon-do Union Sports Association and lasted 2 days. It was attended by 80 people, including as many as 36 members of our club. The seminar focused mainly on counter-attacking with dwit, attacks using turning kicks, mainly dollyo and dollyo 360. Such seminars are extremely important for competitors taking part in sparring competitions. You can learn new tricks and surprise your opponent on the mat. For several of our students, it was good preparation for Moravia Open.
