Training Groups

We offer classes for all ages and skill levels. The youngest, aged 3–6, train in our original Little Dragons program. Children, youth, and adults practice Taekwon-do in groups divided by age and advancement level, and adults over 40 have their own group. We also have a kickboxing section with recreational and competitive groups, boxing classes for women, and personal training. Classes are led by a team of instructors, including world and European championship medalists and international referees.

Exams

Training progress is confirmed by exams for subsequent grades and belt colors. We organize them regularly for all groups – separately for children’s grades and for student grades in Taekwon-do and kickboxing. An exam provides a concrete goal and motivation for the practitioner, and each subsequent belt is a visible sign of achieved progress.

Competitions

For years, we have achieved sporting successes in Taekwon-do and kickboxing – world, European, and Polish champions train at our club. Our athletes compete in national and international tournaments, and each year in Krakow, we organize the Santa Claus Taekwon-do Tournament and the Krakow Cup. However, participation in competitions is always the athlete’s choice – most of our members train recreationally.

Camps and Day Camps

We organize sports camps and day camps for children and youth, combining training with recreation and shared fun. Participants are supervised by our instructors, who are also qualified camp counselors.

Trips

Taekwon-do and kickboxing have taken us to four continents. Our athletes and coaches have been to, among others, Argentina, Korea, Armenia, Wales, Ireland, England, Scotland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Ukraine. We travel to international tournaments, training camps, and sparring sessions, and also participate in international projects, such as coach exchanges within the Erasmus+ Sport program. For many of our athletes, their first trip abroad is with the club.
