KICKBOXING
What is kickboxing?
Kickboxing is a combat sport that combines boxing techniques with kicks. In our section, we focus primarily on formats fought on the mat (tatami): pointfighting and light contact. In pointfighting, speed and precision are key: the referee stops the fight after every clean hit and awards points. Light contact is continuous fighting with controlled striking power, where technique, fluidity, and tactics matter most. We also practice ring formats – full contact and K-1 – in which fights are contested at full striking power. This allows competitors to experience different distances and fighting styles, so everyone can find the format that suits them best.

What to expect at training?
Training begins with a warm-up, followed by technique drills, pad work and partner drills, and then sparring elements. In addition to boxing skills and kicks, you develop strength, speed, endurance, and coordination. We run two types of groups, differing in focus and intensity.
Competitive groups
Groups for competitors preparing to take part in tournaments. Training is intensive and results-oriented: we work on tactics, physical conditioning, and sparring experience.

Recreational groups
Groups for teenagers and adults who train for their own satisfaction, fitness, and health. You learn the same techniques, but at a pace suited to your abilities and without the pressure of competing. It’s a great way to improve your fitness, relieve stress, and build confidence.
