KCT THE THIRD FORCE IN POLAND

Taekwon-do Polish Open Cup is one of the two most important tournaments in Poland. This year’s event took place on 16 and 17 November in Opole, with 670 competitors from 35 teams taking part, including 46 of ours. For the second year in a row, we took third place in the medal standings. We won 40 medals, including 13 gold, 12 silver and 15 bronze.

Compared with the Polish Championships six months earlier, we won 7 more medals, including 2 gold ones. This is all the more noteworthy because our team was missing World Champions and Vice-Champions recovering from recent competitions. It turned out that our young wolves followed in their footsteps with distinction, and Zofia Zapolska, who stood on the highest step of the podium three times, received the trophy for the Best Youngster of the event.

Congratulations to all participants, parents and coaches!
