Semi-contact Sparring Seminar

We warmly invite all our competitors who already compete in the semi-contact format to a training seminar, which will take place on 3 and 4 October in Kurdwanów. It will be led by Jakub Dziliński, World Vice-Champion and European Champion in Taekwon-do, as well as a two-time bronze medalist of the Kickboxing World Cup.

 

Date:

Saturday 03.10.2020, 15:00–17:00 and 18:00–20:00

Sunday 04.10.2020, 09:00–11:00 and 12:00–14:00

 

Venue:

Primary School No. 149, 15 Bujaka Street, Kraków, large hall (10d)

 

Participants:

Competitors from the age groups: younger junior, cadet, junior, senior and veteran, with experience in semi-contact sparring. The instructor decides whether a participant may take part in the seminar.

 

Fee:

PLN 80 (payable on site)

 

Instructor:

Jakub Dziliński – competitor and coach at Gladius Ostróda club,

• silver medalist at the 2010 Taekwon-do World Championships in junior sparring
• bronze medalist at the 2018 Taekwon-do World Championships in junior sparring
• gold medalist at the 2017 Taekwon-do European Championships in team sparring
• multiple-time Polish champion in ZS PUT taekwon-do
• two-time bronze medalist at the 2019 Kickboxing World Cup in junior pointfighting.

 

Clothing and equipment:

white dobok (for the first day), sportswear for the second day, sparring protective equipment (at minimum: mouthguard, gloves, shin and foot guards).
