We train online during lockdown!
We train online during lockdown!
As of 28 March 2021, a new Regulation of the Council of Ministers has been in force, prohibiting sports classes for children and young people. For now, the lockdown has been announced until 9 April, but from experience we know that it may be extended for subsequent weeks. Therefore, until then, no in-person training sessions will take place. During this time, we invite you to online training.
From Monday, we are switching to remote mode, and the training sessions will take place via the Zoom platform. We are aware that this is a seriously imperfect form of training, which in no way can compare with in-person training. Nevertheless, the last three months since the winter break have been worked through very well in all groups, and it is very important to us to maintain the form we have developed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to motivate yourselves or your children. For online training, you need very little space—enough to be able to take one step to the side and two steps forward. A phone is sufficient to use Zoom, although a tablet or computer with a camera would be better. All training sessions will be conducted by two coaches: the first will demonstrate the exercises, while the second will supervise their performance and resolve technical problems.
