WE TRAIN ONLINE DURING LOCKDOWN!

As of 28 March 2021, a new Regulation of the Council of Ministers has been in force, which prohibited conducting sports classes for children and young people. For now, the lockdown has been announced until 9 April; however, experience tells us that it may be extended for subsequent weeks. Therefore, until then, no in-person training sessions will take place. During this time, we invite you to online training sessions.

ONLINE TRAINING ON MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS, 16:00–16:30

Starting Monday, we are switching to remote mode, and training sessions will take place via the Zoom platform. We are aware that this is a seriously limited form of training, which in no way can compare with in-person training. Nevertheless, the last three months since the winter holidays have been worked through very well in all groups, and it is very important to us to maintain the form that has been developed. Therefore, we strongly ask you to motivate yourselves or your children. For online training, you need very little space—enough to take one step to the side and two steps forward. A phone is sufficient to use Zoom, although a tablet or computer with a camera would be better. All training sessions will be led by two coaches, the first of whom will demonstrate the exercises, while the second will supervise their performance and resolve technical problems.
