Camp in Murzasichle

Camp in Murzasichle

The second club trip during the Lesser Poland winter holidays was a camp in Murzasichle. The participants stayed at the “U Zbójnika” guesthouse, where they not only spent the nights but also had fun and trained hard. Of course, winter sports were not missing.

The camp focused on improving physical abilities in taekwon-do, boxing and winter sports.

The campers were divided into two groups: a training group and a skiing-and-snowboarding group.

The first group had 2 training sessions planned per day, while the second had 1 plus a trip to the ski slope. During the morning training of both groups, attention was focused on the legs and exercises preparing for the upcoming examination for student grades or on the semi-contact fighting formula. The second training session was devoted to boxing—we do not hide the fact that this training was much more demanding.

During the second training session of the first group, half of the participants skied on the slope in Małe Ciche. Individual lessons or a ski school were arranged for less experienced skiers/snowboarders. After 6 trips to the slope, a significant improvement in skills could be observed among the campers.

There was no shortage of fun during the camp! The schedule had to include: a snowball fight (some even prepared snowballs in hiding places beforehand), a sleigh ride, films, ice skating and Just Dance.

As you can see, the participants and instructors experienced days full of excitement 🙂
