The highest-quality knowledge in our heads

Last weekend, a group of 11 of our coaches and instructor candidates took part in an amazing training course organized by the Polish Taekwon-do Union Sports Association as part of the Sports Manager Academy project, funded by NOWEFIO.

On Saturday, sports physiologist Amit Batra taught us, both theoretically and practically, methods for developing motor skills in combat sports based on the latest scientific advances. At the end of the day, physiotherapist Ewelina Zając held an excellent session on mobilization and stabilization.

Sunday morning was filled by acrobatics coach Agnieszka Rauk-Kubacka together with three of her students. Their presentation of gymnastics methodology earned a storm of applause from the participants. In the afternoon, Rafał Kubacki, a three-time Judo World Champion, conducted his session on methodology.

Charged with knowledge and energy, we cannot wait to put this into practice in our classes!
