Report on the Winter Holiday and Sports Camp in Korbielów
With winter enthusiasm and full of energy, we once again took on the organization of a winter holiday and sports camp in picturesque Korbielów. The camp lasted from February 11 to 17, 2024, and attracted 40 participants.
Together, we discovered the delights of skiing. For those who wanted activities away from the slopes, the program included taekwon-do and boxing classes, as well as swimming-pool activities, dancing, a barbecue and films. Parents had the opportunity to take part in yoga practice, functional training with elements of martial arts, and evening entertainment.
Our winter gathering took place in picturesque Korbielów, located at the foot of Mount Pilsko in the Żywiec Beskids. Fero Lux Hotel, a three-star property, proved to be an ideal place to stay. Comfortable rooms, a restaurant, café, pub, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and massage rooms—all this made our participants feel at home.
The Plisko-Jontek ski resort became our skiing paradise. Located directly next to the hotel, the Pilsko-Jontek complex lift offered slopes of varying difficulty. Special platter lifts and training slopes were also prepared for the youngest skiers.
