Sports Day Camps 2024 – an active summer in Krakow!
July was full of experiences for the participants of our day camps. This summer, 3 sessions took place: 2 in Kurdwanów and 1 in Nowa Huta. Each lasted 5 days, during which the children had the opportunity to spend time actively, train, explore and discover Krakow’s attractions. It was an excellent opportunity to make new friends and share unforgettable adventures.
The training sessions were planned with the participants’ varying levels of experience in mind. During classes, the coaches always try to combine learning the martial art of taekwon-do with a touch of fun. The daily training sessions were led by experienced coaches – Magdalena Kotowicz, Kamil Budek, Ludwik Oleś, Emilia Fiutowska, Grzegorz Pazdan and Dariusz Pazdan.
A varied program full of attractions
During each session, our participants took part in a wide range of activities and trips, carefully planned to provide the children with both entertainment and education.
Regular trips to the swimming pool were the children’s favourite attraction, giving them the opportunity to cool off and have great fun in the water, as well as improve their swimming skills.
A trip to GoJump and GoKidz: A visit to these places allowed the children to spend time actively by jumping on trampolines and enjoying numerous attractions that brought them joy.
At our camps, the children had the opportunity to take part in chemistry workshops. These classes allowed the children to become little scientists. Thanks to fascinating experiments, they could learn the secrets of chemistry in an accessible and engaging way.
A trip to the cinema was a moment of respite during which the children could enter the world of cinematic adventures, relaxing after a day full of activity.
An educational trip to the fire station was exciting and instructive. The children could see firefighting equipment up close and learn more about the work of firefighters and safety rules.
We visited the tram depot, where the young explorers could see how trams are serviced and what they look like from every angle. The children were delighted to learn about the secrets of the tram depot and ask real tram drivers questions
