Taekwon-do Summer Camp – Zwierzyń 2025

We warmly invite you to a taekwon-do summer camp, which will take place from 10 to 20 August 2025 in picturesque Zwierzyń.L

Taekwon-do Summer Camp is an intensive sports camp format ending with an examination for student grades. This session is intended for children and young people who practise taekwon-do on a daily basis. Three taekwon-do training sessions per day are planned, supplemented by additional sports activities such as:

  • swimming,
  • baseball, 
  • football,
  • volleyball,
  • basketball,
  • badminton.

Where will we be?

Uroczysko Centre – located in the village of Zwierzyń in the Bieszczady Mountains. We will be accommodated in a building of a very good standard, in rooms for 2–5 people with newly renovated bathrooms. The facility has a very large fenced area with a swimming pool, football and volleyball courts, a barbecue shelter and, above all, 3 gyms with mirrors and mats.

Participants:

children who have been training taekwon-do for at least 2 years and young people travelling independently.

Camp price: PLN 2550

Included in the camp price:– coach transport from Kraków,

  • coach transport from Kraków
  • accommodation in rooms for 2–5 people
  • meals (3 per day),
  • taekwon-do training and sports activities,
  • a bonfire with sausages, discos, games, films,
  • an excursion to the Bieszczady Mountains,
  • educational and instructor supervision, insurance.

Examination:

At the end of the stay, an examination for taekwon-do student grades will be organised for those interested. It is payable additionally – PLN 100 for each grade.

Participation requirements:

  • Submission of the signed participation agreement at the time of registration
  • Payment of a PLN 500 deposit per person to the account or in cash by 28 February 2025.
  • Payment of the remaining PLN 2050 by 13 June 2025.
  • Submission of the completed camp form by 13 June 2025.
  • If a ban on organising tourist events is introduced or the hotel facility is closed, the entire amount of deposits and payments will be refunded.
  • In the event of withdrawal from participation for personal, health or any other reasons attributable to the participant before 13 June 2025, the participant/parent shall pay a contractual penalty equal to the deposit due for participation. 
  • In the event of withdrawal on 13 June 2025 or later, the participant/parent shall bear the actual cost of the reserved and unused services, but not less than the amount equal to the participation deposit.

Invoices:

  • To receive an invoice, payment must be made by bank transfer or voucher.
  • Invoices are issued within 7 days of the end of the camp.

Departure and return:

Meeting on Sunday, 10 August 2025, at 09:00 at Primary School No. 149, ul. Bujaka 15.

Return on Wednesday, 20 August 2025, at approximately 14:00 to the same place. 

What to bring:

  • everyday clothes,
  • sportswear (dobok, tracksuit, shorts),
  • training equipment (sparring protectors, gloves),
  • sports and everyday footwear,
  • backpack for excursions, cap,
  • towels, flip-flops, toiletry bag,
  • swimwear,
  • a watch with an alarm function.

Mobile phones:

Phones may be brought. All devices will be kept by the instructors and issued for 30 minutes in the afternoon after lunch.

In important situations, parents or guardians may contact the children by calling the instructors’ phones, preferably during mealtimes.

Pocket money:

The amount of PLN 15 per day is entirely sufficient. If you wish to leave some of the money in the educator’s deposit, please hand it over in small banknotes in a sealed and signed envelope. At the end of the camp, there will be an examination for student grades, costing PLN 100 per grade.
