2nd Summer Camp Session – Nowa Huta 2025

The second summer camp session in Nowa Huta began on 14 July.
Under the care of coaches Grzegorz and Emilia, the participants spent five intensive days filled with sport, creative workshops and trips. Each day brought new experiences and opportunities for fun and integration.

Monday – an energetic start

The first day of the summer camp began with a visit to Hala Centralna, where many attractions awaited the participants. There were bowling lanes, air hockey tables, shuffleboard, skeeball, table football, basketball tables and Formula 1 simulators. The children had the opportunity to try different games and activities while having a great time with their peers.

After a morning dose of entertainment, the group moved to the playground and sports field, where they continued having fun and playing games together.

Tuesday – a meeting with aviation history

On the second day of the summer camp, the participants visited the Polish Aviation Museum. They were able to see historic aircraft up close, learn about the stories of famous pilots and discover details of the machines’ construction, including elements hidden in the cockpits.

In addition to the visit, the participants took part in a workshop – each participant assembled a model aircraft by hand. The afternoon was spent on sports activities, playing on the playground and taking a short break with ice cream.

Wednesday – a day of creativity

Wednesday was devoted to art and creativity. The participants took part in string art workshops, during which they created pictures from colourful threads and nails according to their own ideas.

After the workshops, it was time for sport – physical activities and training sessions were held under the supervision of the coaches.

Thursday – a water adventure

Despite the rainy weather, Thursday’s plans brought the participants lots of joy. The group went to the Water Park, where the children enjoyed numerous slides, pools and recreation areas.

Friday – the finale of the session

The last day of the summer camp began with a visit to the cinema. After the screening, the participants spent time on the playground and then held their final training sessions.
