Family Sports Holiday in Murzasichle 2025
Family Sports Holiday in Murzasichle 2025
From 3 to 9 August, we spent our Family Sports Holiday in Murzasichle. Our base was Willa Modrzewiowy Dwór.
First days – getting to know one another
After arriving, we began our adventure with outdoor games and activities.
One of the first special moments was celebrating Natalka’s sixth birthday. There was a cake, birthday wishes and lots of smiles. The youngest participants took part in workshops on making colourful keyrings, while the older participants trained under the watchful eye of our coaches.
Sport and creativity in the daily programme
The following days brought a variety of sporting activities. We played volleyball, practised yoga, tried our hand at badminton and archery. There were also creative activities – participants created and painted their own little creatures.
Highlander rhythms and creative challenges
On Tuesday, everyone was swept up in Highlander dances and sporting competitions. The children also took part in 3D picture-making workshops, while the youngest group, “Małe Smoki”, trained with coach Magda. The adults began the day with a strengthening workout with Nikola and then relaxed during aqua aerobics.
Festival of colours
One of the most joyful moments of the camp was the festival of colours. Throwing colourful powders together to the rhythm of music brought plenty of laughter, while the participants’ clothes and faces took on all the colours of the rainbow.
Swimming pools, sauna and sports training
The programme included daily access to the swimming pool and sauna area. Taekwon-do training was held in separate groups for children and adults, as well as functional training. Participants could take part in aqua aerobics and swimming classes for children, combining learning with the development of skills.
The finale – sport and a touch of madness
The highlight of the final weekend of our holiday was the foam party, eagerly awaited by the children. From the morning, the youngest participants kept asking when the enormous machine would appear and fill the courtyard with soft, white foam within minutes. As soon as the fun began, laughter and joyful cries could be heard throughout the area. The children ran around and threw themselves into the thick foam, while the adults – although initially watching from the sidelines – were quickly carried away by the atmosphere and joined in the fun themselves.
After an energetic morning came time for calmer, though equally extraordinary experiences. We went to Skywalk, a glass viewing terrace offering panoramic views of the Tatra Mountains and the surrounding valleys. Walking across the transparent floor was a small challenge for some, but the reward was breathtaking scenery. A moment of silence, admiring the mountains and taking photos together became a beautiful, symbolic ending to the entire week.
Thank you for the time we shared
We sincerely thank all participants for the time we spent together, their commitment and the positive energy they brought each day. We thank the parents and guardians for their trust and support, as well as the coaches for professionally leading the activities and caring for every participant. We encourage you to visit our website – CAMP TKD, where you will find all the photos from the trips.
See you next year!
