Interclub sparring sessions

On Saturday, 27 September 2025, we will hold another edition of sparring sessions at the Com Com Zone sports hall in Nowa Huta, with the participation of athletes from several taekwon-do and kickboxing clubs. This is the best possible test before competing in tournaments.

Date: 27.09.2025 (Saturday)

Children/younger youth/younger cadets from 10:00–11:30

Older cadets/juniors/seniors from 11:30–14:30

Venue: Com Com Zone sports hall, Nowa Huta, ul. Ptaszyckiego 6

Fee: PLN 10 / person.

For whom:

• athletes preparing for their first competitions in ring disciplines
• athletes with competition experience
• experienced athletes, medalists at the Polish Championships, World Championships and national team members.

Organisation format:

• We lay out 6 puzzle-type mats; if necessary, we mark out another 6 mats.
• We divide the athletes into subgroups matched by weight and experience level.
• We start a round timer set to 2 minutes; everyone fights as many rounds as they wish.
• The athletes referee their own fights.
• For each age group, the first hour is reserved for pointfighting (semi-contact).
