CAMPS AND DAY CAMPS

Holidays and breaks with KCT mean sport, adventure, and new friendships. For years, we have been organizing trips where we combine training under the guidance of our instructors with relaxation, excursions, and fun. Participants are supervised by coaches whom children know from the gym – they are also qualified educators and recreation supervisors.

Summer Camps

Summer camps offer daily Taekwon-do and kickboxing training, along with plenty of outdoor activities. We select facilities with gyms, swimming pools or bathing areas, and sports fields, located in attractive areas – from the Bieszczady Mountains to the vicinity of Krakow. The program includes mountain hikes, kayaking trips, rope parks, survival activities, and in the evenings, bonfires, karaoke, discos, and a color festival. Older participants can also try other disciplines, such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or acrobatics. For younger children, we organize a separate camp with a program and intensity tailored to their age. The camp concludes with an examination for the next belt levels.

Winter Camps

During winter breaks, we go to the mountains. We combine training with learning to ski or snowboard on beginner-friendly slopes, and the program also includes ice skating, thermal pools, integration games, and evening entertainment.

Family Sports Holidays

Active recreation for the whole family. Children aged 3–18 come with parents or guardians and participate in Taekwon-do training, swimming pool activities, sports, and art classes during the day. Adults can relax during this time or join activities for themselves: Taekwon-do, healthy spine exercises, aqua aerobics, Pilates, or functional training. Evenings offer dancing, movie screenings, and animations.

Day Camps

For children who stay in the city, we organize five-day day camps in Krakow during summer and winter breaks. Each day includes Taekwon-do training and an outing beyond the gym: to the swimming pool, trampoline park, cinema, fire station, or tram depot. In winter, ice skating is added, and each session features scientific workshops with experiments. This is a great first step for children who have not yet attended an overnight camp.
