53 MEDALS AT THE POLISH TAEKWON-DO CHAMPIONSHIPS
53 MEDALS AT THE POLISH TAEKWON-DO CHAMPIONSHIPS
14 gold, 19 silver and 20 bronze medals – this is the achievement of our athletes who competed on 23 and 24 October 2021 in the 27th Polish Taekwon-Do Championships in Częstochowa. Our representative Szymon Grzebyk won the title of best senior at these championships.
The 27th Polish Championships were the first ranking tournament of the Polish Taekwon-Do Union Sports Association after a break of almost two years. Half a thousand female and male competitors from all over Poland took part. Our club was represented by 48 competitors, as well as referees, coaches and guardians.
Although we only took 6th place in the overall standings, the total number of podium finishes is impressive. Never before in our club’s history have we brought home so many medals from a championship event. Here are the results of our athletes.
