Recruitment for the 2023/24 school year

Next week we are beginning the new, 28th season of activities of Krakowskie Centrum Taekwon-do. On the website, in the “our locations” section, we are continuously updating the class schedule.

Start of classes

At some locations, classes will start on 4 September. At other schools and kindergartens, we have to wait for the timetables to be arranged and for the formalities concerning contracts to be completed, which may still take a little while.

Those continuing their training are guaranteed places in the groups. If you have any doubts about group membership or need to make changes, please contact your current instructors.

Fees for 2023/2024

Due to further increases in the cost of renting halls and the need to adjust instructors’ remuneration, this school year we must adjust the fees. In the 2023/24 season

– the annual administrative fee is PLN 60

– the membership fee (for those training once a week) is PLN 440 per semester (or 5 instalments of PLN 110)

– the membership fee (for those training twice or more per week) is PLN 760 per semester (or 5 monthly instalments of PLN 190.

Payments should be made to the KCT account: 49 1750 0012 0000 0000 2742 4128. The transfer title should include: the instructor’s three-letter code, the child’s first and last name, fee for…. For example: “MKO, Jan Kowalski, fee for September”, “KCZ, Magdalena Nowak, administrative fee and fee for the 1st semester”.

Payment deadlines are:

– by the 15th day of each month for monthly instalments

– by 31 September and 28 February for fees paid per semester

We would also like to inform you that this season we will not cooperate with operators of any sports membership cards. The amounts offered to us “per entry” are completely unacceptable to us.

Additional activities

In addition to regular training, we invite you to participate in all additional activities, which will include:

– overnight camps for children,

– the St. Nicholas Taekwon-do Tournament,

– winter and summer sports camps.

Communication

For matters concerning participation in classes, please contact the instructors leading the relevant group directly. Their contact details are on the business cards that the trainers give you, as well as on the KCT website. Group messages are sent to you from an SMS gateway; please do not reply to them, but contact the trainer directly.
