Report from the First Session of the Sports Day Camp – Summer 2024
From 01–05 July 2024, the first session of our sports day camp took place at Primary School No. 56 at 65 Aleksandra Fredry Street in Kraków. These were unforgettable days full of joy, activity and amazing experiences for children aged 6 to 13.
A Rich Programme and Countless Attractions
Each day of the day camp was filled with a variety of activities that provided the participants with plenty of fun.
One of the main highlights of the programme was Taekwon-do training, which developed both the participants’ physical fitness and discipline. The young athletes also had the opportunity to try their hand at swimming pools during outings, which proved extremely popular.
Creativity and Education
There were also activities developing creativity and manual skills. The children took part in chemistry workshops, where they could become little scientists and experiment under the supervision of specialists. The programme also included arts and crafts activities as well as educational activities that presented various topics in an engaging way.
Unforgettable Outings and Adventures
Each day of the day camp was full of interesting outings. The children visited GoJump and GoKidz, where they could expend their energy on trampolines and other attractions. Excitement reached its peak during a visit to the cinema, where the children could relax and experience wonderful film adventures.
Another special attraction was a visit to the salt cave, where the participants could relax and breathe fresh, ionised air. It was an excellent complement to the intensive days full of activity.
The day camp also had an educational aspect – the trip to the fire station was not only great fun for the children, but also a valuable lesson about safety.
