Report on the winter holiday and sports camp in Korbielów
With winter enthusiasm and full of energy, we once again took on the organization of a winter holiday and sports camp in picturesque Korbielów. The camp lasted from 11 to 17 February 2024 and attracted 40 participants.
Together, we discovered the joys of skiing. For those who wanted activities off the slopes, the programme included taekwon-do and boxing sessions, as well as swimming-pool activities, dancing, a barbecue and films. Parents had the opportunity to take part in yoga practice, functional training with elements of martial arts and evening entertainment.
Our winter gathering took place in picturesque Korbielów, located at the foot of Mount Pilsko in the Żywiec Beskids. The three-star Hotel Fero Lux proved to be an ideal place to stay. Comfortable rooms, a restaurant, café, pub, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and massage rooms—all this made our participants feel at home.
The Plisko-Jontek ski resort became our skiing paradise. Located directly beside the hotel, the lift of the Pilsko-Jontek complex offered slopes of varying difficulty. Special platter lifts and learning slopes were also prepared for the youngest skiers.
The campers returned home full of impressions and with new skills, ready for further sporting challenges.
