Seminar on Pattern Techniques

27.11.2021, part of our team took part in a technical seminar on patterns in Pabianice. The training was held under the patronage of the Polish Taekwon-do Union Sports Association, and was led by coach Grzegorz Sokołowski, 4th dan.

•

The seminar was divided into three stages, during which our coaches and athletes expanded their knowledge and skills in performing patterns for student grades. Thanks to the instructor’s high level of attention to detail and remarkable knowledge, the participants took a major step towards achieving mastery in patterns. Undoubtedly, this work will translate into success in examinations and tournaments, which we sincerely wish them.
