Stefania Kotowicz – Polish Champion among younger female cadets in point fighting!

During the long June weekend, the Polish Championships for Older Cadets, Younger Cadets and Children in Kickboxing (point fighting and light contact) took place. A record number of participants entered the competition: 663 athletes from 65 clubs.

Eight of our athletes took part in the competition. For most of them, these were their first kickboxing competitions. Stefania Kotowicz returned with a gold medal, becoming the Polish Champion among younger female cadets in point fighting. She won her first bout by technical superiority, the next one because her opponent failed to appear, and in the semifinal she won by one point. As for what happened in the final, the medal speaks for itself. Another medal for our club was won by Paweł Wojciechowski, who took third place on the podium. Congratulations!
