Summer Taekwon-do Camp – Zwierzyń 2026
Summer Taekwon-do Camp – Zwierzyń 2026
From 9 to 20 August 2026 an intensive Summer Taekwon-do Camp took place in picturesque Zwierzyń. It was attended by athletes with at least two years of training experience, ready for considerable sporting challenges. For twelve days, the participants followed a demanding schedule: 3 martial arts training sessions per day, supplementary activities, and a solid dose of active recovery.
Intensive training and honing form
The main pillar of the camp in Zwierzyń was hard work in the training hall. The plan was based on three regular training sessions each day. Under the supervision of the coaching staff, the athletes focused on refining their technique, formal patterns, sport fighting, and building endurance and strength.
Workshops with Akrolandia and supplementary sports
The camp’s sporting schedule was enriched with general fitness activities:
-
Acrobatics with AkroLandia Przemyśl: Professional instructors introduced the campers to the world of high jumps, safe landings, and somersaults. The training helped them overcome barriers and improve their coordination in the air.
-
Team games and recreation: The schedule included tournaments in football, volleyball, basketball, and badminton, which provided a great break from the mats.
Recovery by the water and safe shooting games
Between intensive exercise blocks, it was time for some well-deserved rest. Taking advantage of the sunny weather, the participants cooled off and swam in the pool every day, gathering strength for the next hours in the training hall. During their free time, team-building games involving safe outdoor shooting were also extremely popular.
The camp’s finale: a 100% pass rate at the examination
The most important and eagerly awaited part of the entire trip was the official examination for student grades. All the campers took the test. Thanks to solid work throughout the camp, every participant passed the examination successfully.
The ceremonial presentation of certificates and new belts was the best conclusion to twelve days of sweat, discipline, and sporting passion. Congratulations to all the athletes who were promoted – you worked hard for this success!
