Training Camp Before Team Competitions and the Polish Championships

We present updated information about the training camp for athletes, which will take place from 1 to 3 March in Zawoja. We are organising it so that our youth, cadets, juniors and seniors can perform as well as possible at the upcoming competitions.

The camp is mainly intended for people from the advanced groups and medalists of the St. Nicholas Taekwon-do Tournament and the Krakow Cup.

Detailed information:

• date: 1–3.03.2019
• place: OW Jędruś in Zawoja – Składy 1618, 34-223 Zawoja
• transport: coach!!!
• meeting point: 1.03 (Friday) at 15:45 by SP 149 at 15 Bujaka Street,
• return on 3.03 (Sunday) at approximately 15:45 to the same place.
• training group for youth (2009–2007) and a second group for cadets, juniors and seniors (2006 and older)
• cost: PLN 150 – accommodation, meals, training, transport – payable in cash on site
• REGISTRATIONS WITH THE INSTRUCTORS by 22 February.

Things to take for the trip:

• at least 2 training outfits,
• a complete set of sparring equipment,
• running shoes,
• notebooks, exercise books and school textbooks for studying.
